What is a turnkey project for a concrete pool?
Excavation
The excavation process consists of extracting the earth from the ground to dig a hole in which the pool will be built. The measurements will depend on the size and dimensions of the concrete pool.
During the marking and delimitation of the area for the pool, at least 3 ft of concrete around pool must be considered so that there is excess space for filling and emptying. And in the depth, at least 2 ft should be considered to have a leveling layer at the bottom.
Plumbing
Water supply is made through connections with PVC pipes to allow the passage of water. Usually, the plumbing of a concrete pool is buried under the ground to be hidden.
Gunite swimming pools
The most important part of a pool is the pouring of the concrete, since it will be the firm base on which the water will settle. The first step is to place a metal mesh to give stability to the concrete that will cover the pool. Subsequently, the mixture is poured by spraying it with steel bars with a special machine to give it the desired shape, without leaving fissures or cracks that cause water leaks.
Plastering
Once the concrete casting process is finished, the finishes follow, which are what will give a special appearance, according to the tastes and preferences of the clients. Tile & coping can be used to give it a more elegant and luxurious appearance, which will also protect the concrete from possible cracks.
